What if I want features added six months from now?

You own the source code. Add features yourself, with another developer, or with us at ₹2,500/hr or as a scoped project. No lock-in, no penalty for working with someone else.

What about hosting and ongoing costs?

12 months of hosting + SSL is included in every package (Vercel + a small AWS bucket for images). After year 1, expect ~₹3,000–₹5,000/year for hosting plus Razorpay's standard 2% transaction fee. No platform fees from us — ever.

What if Razorpay isn't the right fit?

We can swap to Stripe, PhonePe Business, Cashfree, or Instamojo in about a day for ~₹5,000. Most Indian merchants stay on Razorpay because of UPI support and low rates, but it's your call.

What if my floor staff struggles with the POS?

Platform tier includes 2 hours of on-site training. Every package includes video walkthroughs for every screen. The interface is built around how restaurant staff actually work — not how developers think they work.

Where does my customer data live? Who owns it?

100% yours. Database lives in your own Vercel / AWS account from day one. We never hold production credentials beyond launch. Daily automated backups to S3 — exportable as CSV or JSON anytime.
